Caf Adventures: Greek-style salad spices up caf meals

Dressing:

~3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar

~3 tablespoons Oil

~1 teaspoon Mustard (Regular or Dijon)

½ teaspoon Honey

Salt to taste

Salad:

Cucumber slices

Tomato (chopped up)

Feta cheese (in the salad bar, near the soup)

Prep time: Ten minutes

In a plastic condiment-cup, pour in the vinegar and oil. Add mustard

and honey and mix. Add salt according to your taste. Set aside. In a

separate glass bowl, cut the cucumber slices in half. Add a scoop of

chopped tomatoes and a scoop of feta cheese. Pour the dressing over the

salad and mix everything together. Enjoy!
