Men’s tennis finishes eighth at Midwest Conference Championships

Knox’s results from the Midwest Conference Men’s Tennis Championships held in Madison, Wis. are listed below. Grinnell College won the event in blowout fashion, with the Prairie Fire finishing eighth of the ten competing schools. 2009 marks the sixth straight year in which the Pioneers have taken the Midwest Conference crown back to Iowa. Knox’s only first place finish came in 1946, when the Old Siwash split the trophy with Beloit College.
