Caf Adventures: Anne’s veggie sandwich

Sour cream
Pico de gallo
Green peppers
Mozzarella cheese

Toast the flatbread. Spread the sour cream over the flatbread and spoon
some pico de gallo on top. Cover with onions, green peppers, and cheese.
Heat under the griddle until the cheese has melted. Voila!
