2 slices bread
butter or margarine
minced garlic OR garlic powder
mozzarella or parmesan cheese (optional)
Toast the bread slightly. Spread butter or margarine and let it melt. Spread minced garlic or garlic powder over the bread. Sprinkle Italian seasoning. Add cheese (optional). Melt in microwave for 20 seconds. Enjoy with pastas, salads, pizzas, or even on its own!
Note: You can either use fresh, minced garlic (found in the stir fry or pizza area) or you can use granulated garlic powder (found in the spice rack). The Italian seasoning can also be found in the spice rack.
