Caf Adventures: Waldorf salad, Knox style

½ of green apple, sliced

2 celery stalks, sliced

¼ cup raisins

¼ cup walnuts

Dressing:

1 tablespoon yogurt

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

lemon juice (squeezed from a lemon slices)

salt & pepper to taste

Cut up apple and celery. Mix together the dressing. In a separate bowl

or plate, toss the dressing with the apple chunks, celery, and raisins.

Add walnuts. Voila!
