NOVEMBER 3

8:35 p.m. INFORMATION, Off-Campus. Information was received regarding a student injured at an off-campus location.

NOVEMBER 4

9:30 a.m. BATTERY, Longden. A report was received regarding threats and inappropriate contact. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.

3:17 p.m. TROUBLE ALARM, Simonds House. Campus Safety responded to a trouble alarm for the fire alarm system. A work order was submitted to correct the problem.

7:30 p.m. NOISE, Post Hall. Campus Safety responded to a report of loud music.

NOVEMBER 5

7 p.m. SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT, 251 S. West. Galesburg Police Department and Campus Safety responded to a report of juveniles causing problems on the east side of the building.

7:15 p.m. BATTERY, West Knox St.- 200 Block. Galesburg Police Department, Galesburg Hospital Ambulance Services and Campus Safety responded to the area after a student was attacked from behind. The subject was described as a college-age white male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.

8:43 p.m. WELL BEING CHECK, Post Hall. Campus Safety checked on the well being of a student.

10:40 p.m. FIRE ALARM, International House- 418 S. West St. Galesburg Fire Department and Campus Safety responded to an alarm activated by burned food.

NOVEMBER 6

3 p.m. INFORMATION, S. West St.- 500 block. A suspicious incident was reported to Campus Safety.

6 p.m. SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT, 697 S. West. Galesburg Police Department and Campus Safety responded to a report of a subject in the area matching the description of the person who assaulted a Knox student on November 5.

11:13 p.m. UNSECURED VEHICLE, Hambin Hall. Campus Safety Officers on patrol found a car with the door left open.

NOVEMBER 7

1:55 a.m. MEDICAL, Williston Hall. A student was transported by ambulance for treatment of a medical condition.

7:25 a.m. CRIMINAL DAMAGE, KNOSHER BOWL. A Campus Safety Officer on routine patrol found that someone had egged the front entrance of the Knosher Bowl.

8 a.m. CRIMINAL DAMAGE, S. West St.- 400 block. Campus Safety Officers on patrol found that someone had egged several cars in a parking lot.

1:30 p.m. CRIMINAL DAMAGE, Hamblin Hall. A student reported that someone had thrown apples at the hallway door to their apartment.

1:40 p.m. INFORMATION, Main Campus Grounds. A subject was arrested for disorderly conduct east of the Knosher Bowl.

3 p.m. MEDICAL, Off-Campus. A report was received regarding a student injured during a field trip. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.

10:30 p.m. ALCOHOL VIOLATION, Post Hall. An unauthorized party with several alcohol violations was noted. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.

NOVEMBER 8

1:35 a.m. ALCOHOL VIOLATION, ABLE House- 168 W. Tompkins. A student was observed walking on the sidewalk by the ABLE house with open alcohol. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.

1:50 a.m. CRIMINAL TRESPASS, Knosher Bowl. Campus Safety Officers on routine patrol found students inside the Knosher Bowl. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.

1:05 p.m. FIRE ALARM, Conger. Campus Safety responded to an alarm activated by a hair straightener.

10:20 p.m. ATTEMPTED SUICIDE, Main Campus Grounds. Galesburg Fire Department, Galesburg Police Department, Galesburg Hospital Ambulance Services, and Campus Safety responded to an attempted suicide. The student was transported for treatment by ambulance. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.

11:10 p.m. FIRE ALARM, Phi Gamma Delta- 218 S. Cedar. Galesburg Fire Department and Campus Safety responded to an alarm activated by a dirty detector. A work order was submitted to correct the problem.

NOVEMBER 9

12 p.m. THEFT, Sigma Chi- 616 S. West. A bike was reported stolen sometime between June 8 and June 14.

8:05 p.m. MEDICAL, Post Hall. Campus Safety responded to a report of an injured student. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.

NOVEMBER 10

9 a.m. THEFT, Seymour Hall. A bike was reported stolen from a bike rack.

2:50 p.m. INFORMATION, Seymour Hall. A student reported receiving disturbing e-mails. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.

6:25 p.m. FIRE ALARM, Neal House. Campus Safety responded to a fire alarm activated by a room detector. No cause was found for the alarm activation.

8:45 p.m. NOISE, Conger. Campus Safety responded to a complaint of loud subjects.

NOVEMBER 11

9:15 a.m. FIRE ALARM, Conger. Campus Safety responded to an alarm activated by a hair straightener.
