FEBRUARY 2
11:30 p.m. NOISE, Post Hall. Campus Safety responded to a noise complaint.
FEBRUARY 3
3:05 a.m. MEDICAL, Neifert Hall. A student was transported to St. Mary’s Emergency Room for treatment.
FEBRUARY 4
1:26 a.m. NOISE, Furrow House. Campus Safety responded to a complaint of loud subjects. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.
1:30 a.m. CANNABIS VIOLATION, Furrow House. A student was referred to the Office of Student Development for a cannabis violation.
1:36 a.m. MEDICAL, Seymour Hall. A student was transported to St. Mary’s Emergency Room for treatment.
FEBRUARY 5
11:35 p.m. INFORMATION, Post Hall. A work order was submitted for the automated call system after receiving several calls that were false alarms.
11:45 p.m. FOUND PROPERTY, Hamblin Hall. A checkbook was found in the hallway.
FEBRUARY 6
1:35 a.m. ARSON, 240 W. Tompkins. Galesburg Fire Department, Galesburg Police Department and Campus Safety responded to a fire alarm caused by someone setting a wreath hanging on a door on fire, which also burned the carpet and the door to a student room.
2:05 p.m. FIRE ALARM, Sellew House. Campus Safety responded to a fire alarm activated by a room detector. No cause was found for the alarm activation.
11:20 p.m. NOISE, Phi Gamma Delta- 218 S. Cedar. Campus Safety responded to a complaint of loud subjects.
FEBRUARY 7
1:10 a.m. ALCOHOL VIOLATION, 260 W. Tompkins- Jazz House. Campus Safety found an unauthorized social event with alcohol under way. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.
3:15 a.m. ALCOHOL VIOLATION, Sellew House. Campus Safety officers responding to a noise complaint found evidence of a drinking game in progress. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.
8:25 a.m. FIRE ALARM, Seymour Hall. Galesburg Fire Department, Galesburg Police Department and Campus Safety responded to a fire alarm activated by a malfunctioning detector. A work order was submitted to correct the problem.
FEBRUARY 8
3:15 p.m. PRIVATE PROPERTY ACCIDENT, Seymour Hall. Minor damage was caused by a vehicle striking another when parking.
4:50 p.m. FIRE ALARM, Beta Theta Pi. Campus Safety responded to a fire alarm activated by a room detector. No cause was found for the alarm activation.
9:30 p.m. INFORMATION, Ford Center for the Fine Arts. A student reported possible damage to a vehicle while parking.
