Dress drive

Delta Delta Delta and Pi Beta Phi organized a dress drive for Galesburg high school students during the first week of spring term. Tri Delta and Pi Phi donated the 65 dresses they collected to Fairy Godmother Fashions. Once Fairy Godmother Fashions gets the dresses, they will be able to give high school students in Galesburg free dresses for the prom and homecoming they may not have been able to otherwise afford. Pi Phi vice president of philanthropy junior Arianna Timko and Tri Delta philanthropy chairs seniors Cory Bieber and Izzy Leventhal all worked together to ensure the success of the drive. They advertised over all of campus during spring break and the beginning of spring term, urging students to donate their past dresses to the cause.
