Students harassed

On Monday night, three female students reported verbal harassment and one incident of inappropriate touching. The incident of inappropriate touch indicated that the student was touched on the buttocks. The suspects in theses cases are three black males, one described as being in his late 20s or early 30s and the other two as being younger, in their early teens or under 13 years of age.

On Tuesday, Director of Campus Safety John Schlaf sent out a campus-wide e-mail about the incident. The e-mail reads, “The group of males had approached three female students (at separate times) in the areas between Seymour and Post Halls, on the sidewalk near the front of Hamblin Hall and on the sidewalk near the front of Wilson House/[Tau Kappa Epsilon].”
