INFORMATION, Main Campus Grounds. Information was received regarding a possible sexual assault that occurred in February or March of this year but was not reported.

MAY 12

3 p.m. INFORMATION, Main Campus Grounds. A student reported a suspicious person in the area.

MAY 14

1:30 a.m. INFORMATION, Main Campus Grounds. A student reported a suspicious incident. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.

MAY 16

10 a.m. INFORMATION, Off-campus location. Information was received regarding a person arrested in a Galesburg stalking case.

11 a.m. DOMESTIC, Main Campus Grounds. A student reported domestic problems. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.

6:25 p.m. SAFETY CONCERN/HAZARD, Seymour Hall. A smoke detector was covered in a student room. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.

8:35 p.m. SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT, 265 S. Academy. A suspicious person was reported to Campus Safety.

10:05 p.m. FIRE ALARM, 284 W. Tompkins. Galesburg Fire Department and Campus Safety responded to a fire alarm activated by burned food.

2:15 a.m. FIRE ALARM, 251 S. West. Galesburg Fire Department and Campus Safety responded to a fire alarm activated by a dirty detector.

MAY 18

10:25 a.m. FIRE ALARM, Sherwin. Campus Safety responded to a fire alarm activated by a room detector. No apparent cause was found for the alarm activation.

MAY 19

8:49 a.m. FIRE ALARM, 270 W. Tompkins. Galesburg Fire Department and Campus Safety responded to an alarm activated by steam from a shower.

12:10 a.m. FIRE ALARM, Raub. Campus Safety responded to a fire alarm activated by a room detector. No apparent cause was found for the alarm activation.

8:33 p.m. INFORMATION, Conger. Campus Safety responded to a report of students throwing things at the side of the building.

MAY 20

12:37 p.m. INFORMATION, Main Campus Grounds. Campus Safety responded to a report of subjects asking for money.

MAY 21

4:21 a.m. FIRE ALARM, Williston. Campus Safety responded to a fire alarm activated by a room detector. No apparent cause was found for the alarm activation.

MAY 22

12:50 a.m. 911 HANG UP, Post Hall. Public Safety Building reported receiving two 911 hang-up calls. No problems were found in the area.

1:28 a.m. POWER OUTAGE, Gale House. A power outage caused alarms to be activated at the Gale House.

2:22 a.m. WELL-BEING CHECK, Campbell. Campus Safety checked on the well being of a student at the request of another student. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.

4:09 a.m. INFORMATION, Off-campus location. Galesburg Police Department requested a video of a reported battery at Quick Sam’s.

4:56 a.m. CRIMINAL TRESPASS, Alumni Hall. Two students gained unauthorized entry into Alumni Hall. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.

10:15 a.m. MEDICAL, Sherwin. A student was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment.

12:24 p.m. FIRE ALARM, Hamblin. Galesburg Fire Department and Campus Safety responded to an alarm activated by burned food.

MAY 23

1:20 p.m. FIRE ALARM, Sellew. Campus Safety responded to a fire alarm activated by a room detector. No apparent cause was found for the alarm activation.
