11:15 a.m. INFORMATION, Off-campus location. A suitcase and gym bag stolen from a student at the train depot were recovered.
APRIL 6
12:45 a.m. FOUND PROPERTY, Main Campus Grounds. A purse was found and turned over to the Galesburg Police Department.
7:30 a.m. INFORMATION, 284 W. Tompkins. Carbon monoxide detector batteries were replaced.
4 p.m. INFORMATION, Off-campus location. Information was received regarding housing for a former student.
7:11 p.m. NOISE, Hamblin. Campus Safety responded to a complaint of loud music. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.
8:36 p.m. UNSECURED DOOR, Fleming Fieldhouse. Unsecured doors were found during a building check.
10:15 p.m. NOISE, Sigma Nu. GPD and Campus Safety responded to a noise complaint. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.
APRIL 7
12:45 a.m. WELL-BEING CHECK, Main Campus Grounds. GPD and Campus Safety checked on the well-being of a student. The matter was referred to the Office of Student Development.
12:40 p.m. FIRE ALARM, Hamblin. Galesburg Fire Department and Campus Safety responded to an alarm activated by cooking.
1:45 p.m. CRIMINAL DAMAGE, Tau Kappa Epsilon House. “TKE” letters on the front of the house were damaged overnight.
APRIL 8
2 a.m. INFORMATION, 530 S. West. GFD and Campus Safety responded to an activated carbon monoxide detector.
APRIL 9
6 a.m. INFORMATION, Fleming Fieldhouse. Maintenance was called in after a pump malfunction in the pool basement. A work order was submitted to correct the problem.
6:55 p.m. FIRE ALARM, 530 S. West. GFD and Campus Safety responded to an alarm activated by cooking.
8:55 p.m. FIRE ALARM, Beta Theta Pi House. GFD and Campus Safety responded to an alarm activated by dust.
11 p.m. INFORMATION, Old Main. A mechanical problem with a door was reported. A work order was submitted to correct the problem.
