4 sexual assault, misconduct investigations opened by Campus Safety

9:40 p.m., SEXUAL MISCONDUCT — Campus Safety opened an investigation into an allegation of sexual misconduct. The incident date and location are unknown.

March 2

1 p.m., SEXUAL MISCONDUCT, 240 W. Tompkins St. — Campus Safety opened an investigation into an allegation of sexual misconduct between persons who knew each other. The incident was estimated to have occurred March 2, 2014, and the investigation has been completed.

Feb. 2

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT, Tau Kappa Epsilon — Campus Safety opened an investigation into an allegation of sexual misconduct between persons who knew each other. The incident was estimated to have occurred Feb. 2, 2014. Investigation is ongoing.

2013

SEXUAL ASSAULT, Tau Kappa Epsilon — In February 2014, Campus Safety opened an investigation into an allegation of sexual assault between persons who knew each other. The incident was estimated to have occurred in February or March 2013. Investigation is ongoing.
