Campus Safety Log: Public intoxication on campus, private property accidents

Oct. 26

11:08 a.m., PRIVATE PROPERTY ACCIDENT, Off Campus — Campus Safety took a report of a private property accident involving an Enterprise rental vehicle. Notifications were made.

Oct. 25

10:00 p.m., INFORMATION, Williston Hall — Campus Safety took a report of ongoing interpersonal issues between roommates.

Oct. 24

1:00 a.m., INFORMATION, Founders Lab — Campus Safety took a report of a student sleeping in a computer lab. Notifications were made.

8:11 a.m., INFORMATION, Drew Hall — Campus Safety responded to a report of a bicycle parked in a stairwell. The violation was confirmed and contact was made with the owner, who removed the bicycle. Notifications were made.

Oct. 23

3:35 a.m., INTOXICATED SUBJECT, 251 West Street — Campus Safety and GPD responded to a report of an intoxicated subject walking near a college residence. The subject was identified as guest of a student, and the subject returned to the residential unit.

5:12 p.m., INFORMATION, Campus — Campus Safety and GPD responded to a report of loose dogs. Animal Control removed the dogs.

Oct. 21

12:25 a.m., DISTURBANCE, Gizmo — Campus Safety responded to a report of a disturbance at the Gimzo. CSOs stayed on scene until closing.

8:41 p.m., INFORMATION, Campus ­— Campus Safety and GPD responded to a report of screams on or near campus; the source was determined as a local resident having a tantrum.
