Campus Safety takes in many reports of graffiti

Feb. 2

1:39 a.m. DOMESTIC, Furrow Hall — Campus Safety responded to a report of a verbal domestic disturbance in a residential unit. The well-being of both parties was assessed, and the non-student was escorted off campus.

7:31 p.m. HATE CRIME, Williston Hall — Campus Safety opened an investigation into a racial slur yelled at students by occupant(s) of a passing vehicle on a public street.

Feb. 1

2:55 p.m. DISTURBANCE, Post Hall — Campus Safety responded to a report of a disturbance between students.

Jan. 31

8 a.m. CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, Sherwin Hall — Campus Safety took a report of graffiti on a residential house.

8 a.m. CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, Seymour Union — Campus Safety was notified of graffiti on college property.

Jan. 31

9:44 a.m. CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, Beta Theta Pi — Campus Safety was notified of graffiti on college property.

10:00 a.m. ALCOHOL VIOLATION, 480 S. West Street — Campus Safety discovered during routine patrol an unauthorized party with alcohol in a residential building; guests were asked to leave.

12:45 p.m. BURGLARY, Campus — Campus Safety and GPD responded to a report of burglary within a motor vehicle.
