Campus Safety Log: Three thief instances in library

Feb. 2

12:25 p.m. CHECK THE WELL-BEING, Alumni Hall — Campus Safety checked a student’s well-being at the request of a concerned staff member. Contact was made and well-being was established.

Jan. 30

1:55 p.m. THEFT, Seymour Hall — Campus Safety responded to a report of property stolen from a study lounge. The property was subsequently recovered.

Jan. 30

3:11 p.m. UNWANTED SUBJECT, Auxiliary Gym — Campus Safety responded to a report of a suspicious person in the Auxiliary Gym. The individual was located, identified and escorted from campus. GPD was notified.

Jan. 29

12:33 p.m. SAFETY CONCERN/HAZARD, Neifert Hall — Campus Safety responded to a complaint of cannabis smoke and found a covered smoke detector. The detector was uncovered.

12:39 p.m. INFORMATION, Neifert Hall — Campus Safety responded to a complaint of cannabis smoke. Nothing to support the complaint was identified.

3:06 a.m. THEFT, Seymour Library— Campus Safety took a report of a missing computer mouse.

Jan. 25

8:05 a.m. THEFT, Seymour Hall — Campus Safety took report of a missing chair.
