Campus Safety Log: Multiple counts of burglary, theft over Spring Break

March 16

9:15 a.m. INFORMATION, ABLE House — Campus Safety followed up on an emailed report of food missing from a refrigerator. The food was discovered to have been disposed of, and the owner was notified.

March 17

11:10 a.m. LOST OR MISPLACED ITEM, CFA — Campus Safety took a report concerning a missing key.

11:25 a.m. INFORMATION, Raub Hall — Campus Safety took a report regarding a vending machine found to be open and empty.

5:05 p.m. UNSECURED DOORS/BUILDING, Warehouse — Campus Safety found an overhead door to the warehouse open while on patrol. The building was checked and secured.

 

March 18

12:30 p.m. UNWANTED SUBJECT, 240 W. Tompkins — Campus Safety responded to an initial report of an intoxicated non-student frightening students. The subject was determined to be in need of assistance, and was transported by GPD to Cottage Hospital for further assessment and treatment.

March 21

5 p.m. BURGLARY, Sherwin — Campus Safety responded to a report of a drink shaker that had reportedly been removed from a residence while the resident was away on break.

March 22

5:45 p.m. BURGLARY, Phi Gamma Delta — Campus Safety took a report of a prescription script that had reportedly been removed from a residence while the resident was away for a week.

March 24

6:05 p.m. THEFT, Elder Hall — Campus Safety took a report concerning missing money from a wallet left in a restroom for several hours.
