Highlights of the Week

Mosher named to North Park All-Tournament Team

Freshman Emily Mosher excelled for the women’s volleyball team this weekend at the North Park Classic, racking up more than 70 assists. Mosher leads the team in assists so far this season, playing a key role for the young team.

They look to carry their momentum from this past weekend as they gear up for the upcoming MWC Championships.

Daniger named MWC Performer of the Week

Sophomore goalkeeper Sierra Daniger continues to dominate the Knox women’s soccer opponents, registering five saves in her two shutout efforts this week.

Daniger and the rest of the women’s Soccer team have yet to allow a goal to an opponent through eight games this season. The team remains undefeated, as they improved to 7-0-1 this season.

Men’s Basketball volunteers at Salmon Bake

Last Saturday the entire men’s basketball team spent several hours of their morning volunteering to serve food and clean up for the annual Sitka Salmon Bake.

Hopefully this off-court time together in the community will lead to the team developping chemistry that will help them get off to a strong start in the Winter.
