4:15 p.m. THEFT, Main Campus Grounds. Student reported a cell phone and keys stolen to Campus Safety and GPD.

12:25 a.m. INFORMATION, SMC. Information was received regarding lockdown of a lab.
Nov. 7
12:01 a.m. FIRE ALARM, Post Hall. Galesburg Fire and Police Departments and Campus Safety responded to a fire alarm activated by burned food.
8 a.m. BURGLARY, Hamblin Hall. A student reported a laptop being stolen from a room.
10:10 p.m. MISCHIEVIOUS CONDUCT, 251 S. West. Someone wrote in chalk on the building’s exterior.

12:40 a.m. FIRE ALARM, TKE House. Galesburg Fire and Police Department and Campus Safety responded to an alarm activated by a pull station. No apparent cause was found for activating the alarm.
1 a.m. PUBLIC INDECENCY, Main Campus Grounds. Several nude male subjects observed walking down West Street fled area when Campus Safety arrived.
1:05 a.m. FIRE ALARM, Hamblin Hall. Galesburg Fire and Police Department and Campus Safety responded to an alarm activated by a pull station. No apparent cause was found for activating the alarm.
1:10 a.m. NOISE, Main Campus Grounds. Campus Safety responded to a complaint of loud subjects.
1:30 a.m. MISCHIEVIOUS CONDUCT, Seymour Hall. Items that had been posted on bulletin boards were pulled off and thrown on the floor.
6:30 a.m. CRIMINAL DAMAGE, Seymour Hall. Window was discovered broken by the south entrance.
Nov. 9
12:30 a.m. CRIMINAL DAMAGE, CFA. Campus Safety discovered that the glass in the door to the Little Gallery was broken as well as the glass in a picture frame hanging by the Round Room.
12:15 p.m. TROUBLE ALARM, Drew House. The Public Safety Building reported line trouble in the fire alarm system.
2:10 p.m. MEDICAL, Elder House. A student was transported to the Emergency Room for a minor injury.
4:30 p.m. INFORMATION, ASC. A problem was reported with the phone system. It was resolved at approximately 9 p.m.
7:25 p.m. MEDICAL, Seymour Hall. Campus Safety responded to a report of an ill student.
Nov. 10
1:10 p.m. CRIMINAL DAMAGE, Peterson House. The back door was damaged.
2:10 p.m. 911 HANG UP, GDH. The Public Safety Building reported a 911 hang up call from a phone in GDH that was caused by a malfunction.
2:10 p.m. TROUBLE ALARM, Raub House. The Public Safety Building reported line trouble originating in the fire alarm system in Raub.
7:50 p.m. 911 HANG UP, Campbell House. The Public Safety Building received a 911 hang up call from the outside emergency phone. No problems were found in the area.
8:15 p.m. SAFETY CONCERN/HAZARD, Memorial Gym. No monitor was present in the Fitness Center.
9:30 p.m. SAFETY CONCERN/HAZARD, Seymour Library. Maintenance was called to check on a mechanical problem.
10:10 p.m. FIRE ALARM, 260 W. Tompkins - Jazz House. Galesburg Fire and Police Departments and Campus Safety responded to a fire alarm activated by burned food.
11:40 p.m. TROUBLE ALARM, Post Hall. The Public Safety Building reported line trouble originating in the fire alarm system.
Nov. 11
1 a.m. FIRE ALARM, Hamblin Hall. A trouble alarm was reported as a fire alarm. The system had returned to normal when Campus Safety checked the building.
2:30 a.m. NOISE, Hamblin Hall. Campus Safety responded to a complaint of loud subjects.
11:45 p.m. WELL-BEING CHECK, CFA. Campus Safety checked on the well being of a student.
Nov. 12
8:17 a.m. TROUBLE ALARM, Hamblin Hall. Campus Safety responded to a report of line trouble. Maintenance was called to correct the problem.
11:10 a.m. CRIMINAL DAMAGE, 240 W. Tompkins. A student reported someone had damaged their car antenna overnight.
12:15 p.m. MEDICAL, Wilson House. A student was transported to the Emergency Room for treatment.
